Cabrini Linen Service customers think it’s the best!

The Cabrini Linen service has won a special commendation from the 2009 Australian Achiever Awards. This year they rated 95.66% and over the last five years have achieved for highly consistent levels of outstanding customer satisfaction.
The award system focuses on seven criteria, each scored separately. They are:
- Time related service
- Addressing client needs
- Care and attention
- Value
- Attitude
- Communication
- Overall perception
The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these scores. Any rating above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
