There are many benefits of working at Cabrini:
Cabrini is a private not-for-profit healthcare service. Therefore the Federal government allows our employees to ‘package’ certain items up to a capped dollar figure without incurring Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT). This allows a tax saving to our employees. It gives employees the flexibility to take part of their salary as approved benefit items (expenses) before PAYG tax is deducted, rather than paying for the item with your post-tax salary. By salary packaging, employees increase their net disposable income by decreasing the tax paid. Cabrini uses Maxxia (select this link to their website) as their salary packaging provider.
Cabrini provides secure on-site car parking including reserved parking for staff working evening and night shifts.
Private health insurance
Through our partnership with Medibank, Cabrini employees can benefit from a cost effective corporate private health insurance cover. This can be arranged through the ease of pay deduction.
Cabrini provides its employees with a free GP service on the Malvern Campus.
A 10% discount is available to employees at the Cabrini Gift Shop and the retail pharmacy – both located on the Malvern Campus
