About our fees
Patients who carry a pension card will be charged at a reduced rate from Monday to Friday for the first five visits of the year. After five visits pension card holders will be bulk billed, Monday to Friday only.
Department of Veteran’s Affairs patients will be bulk billed.
Bulk billing is also available for children 15 years old and under, from Monday to Friday only.
Other patients will be billed an amount that is approximately in line with the standard Australian Medical Association rate.
On Saturdays, there is a $10 surcharge and there is no bulk billing on Saturday.
Referrals and Scripts are only available to patients where the request has previously been discussed as part of a consultation. Patients must have been seen within three months.

EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available for payment purposes. Sorry, we do not accept American Express.
Patients who fail to attend an appointment without at least two hours’ notice will be charged a fee of $35 which is non-refundable from Medicare unless such failure attend the appointment is due to a true emergency.
Dr Lewis does home visits, including nursing homes, supported residential services and Oak Grange Retirement Village
