At Cabrini, we aim to provide an excellent patient and family experience for every patient, every day. A committed, well-informed nursing team is essential to achieving this vision. We view graduates as our leaders of the future and invest in their development clinically, professionally and personally. We have recently developed a new curriculum that assists our graduates to link theory to practice and challenges them to excel. See for yourself why Cabrini is the first choice for so many graduate nurses.
Warm Regards,Anne Zandegu

Can I choose my specialties?
Applicants will be asked at interview to list their preferences.
How many rotations are offered?
What are the work hours/rosters?
Graduates are employed on a full-time basis, although some specialty areas may differ. We encourage flexibility in rostering and it is expected that you will work evening, weekend and night duty shifts. Shifts are generally 7.6 hours, however, they may be different in some areas. Fractional appointments are possible, but will need to be negotiated at time of the interview.
What is the likelihood of ongoing employment?
The graduate program should be considered as a 12 month interview for ongoing employment at Cabrini. We have a high retention rate post graduate year.
The Transition to Professional Practice program seeks to ease your transition into the workforce and prepare you for ongoing employment.
