Biography
Dr Colby Hart is an ophthalmologist with a specialisation in cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, and refractive laser surgery. Dr Hart is a Victorian trained ophthalmologist who completed a fellowship in corneal transplantation at Liverpool in the United Kingdom to further hone his skills.
As an active researcher at the Centre for Eye Research Australia, he is deeply involved in advancing our understanding of various eye conditions, with a particular focus on the cornea. Additionally, he works across the cornea and general units at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, where he is committed to providing the highest standard of care to his patients.
Dr Harts expertise in cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, and refractive laser surgery allows him to offer a wide range of treatment options tailored to each patient’s unique needs. He is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal vision and quality of life through compassionate and comprehensive eye care.
