Biography

Dr Kamya Kameshwar is a dual-trained physician specialising in Nephrology and General and Acute Care Medicine. She completed her MBChB with Distinction at the University of Auckland, New Zealand (2011), followed by postgraduate specialty training in Melbourne, Australia.

Dr Kameshwar has extensive experience in general nephrology, including the management of acute and chronic kidney disease, dialysis, transplant medicine, and supportive care. She also provides comprehensive care for a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, as well as perioperative management, ensuring optimal patient outcomes before and after surgery.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Kameshwar is passionate about medical education and is actively involved in teaching and mentoring medical students and junior doctors at all levels. Dr Kameshwar takes great pride in delivering patient-centered care while contributing to the development of future medical professionals.
