Designed for first time parents, this four hour, live and interactive course aims to empower you with the knowledge to confidently embrace your labour, birth and parenthood journey.

Part 1 | Introduction to childbirth and coping strategies for labour and birth: recognising labour, when to call and come to Cabrini, stages of labour, active birthing techniques, pain relief options and labour support strategies including the role of your partner/support person.

Part 2 | Birth Variations: induction of labour, options for assisted birth and caesarean births.
