I am part of the Cabrini Supportive and Palliative Care Service that provides an integrated service across Cabrini Health, caring for patients across all Cabrini sites and in the community.

We have specialist experience in the provision of complex pain and symptom management, psychosocial care and bereavement care for those with a life limiting illness.
