A/Prof Stuart Lyon

With over 14 years experience, I am a highly trained and experienced interventional radiologist. I have specific interest and expertise in the minimally invasive treatment of arterial and venous disease, varicose veins, vascular malformations, fibroids, varicoele, pelvic congestion syndrome and pulmonary embolism.

I work closely with a number of specialists including gynaecologists, vascular surgeons and urologists. I am the previous secretary and convener for IRSA and an examiner for the European Board of Interventional Radiologists. I was previously the Director of Interventional Radiology at the Alfred for 12 years.
