Dr Aveena Anantharajah

I am a dedicated respiratory and sleep paediatrician. I consult at Cabrini Health the Royal Children’s Hospital (locum) and Northern Health. Committed to evidence-based and holistic care, I completed my sub-speciality training in Melbourne and pursued a clinical diploma in palliative medicine post-fellowship.

With a keen interest in chronic cough, complex asthma, respiratory infections, obstructive sleep apnoea, and various sleep disorders including excessive daytime sleepiness and narcolepsy. I founded Prana Precision, a medtech startup aimed at improving breathing for children. As a participant in the Australian Clinical Entrepreneurship Program, I continually seek opportunities to innovate care delivery.

Beyond medicine I cherish time with my family, and two daughters. I have a passion for art and ceramics.
