Dr Diarmuid O'Malley

I am an Irish trained breast surgeon with specialist interest in the diagnosis and management of breast cancer and benign breast disease, as well as breast cancer risk management.

I take a gentle, kind, clear and informative approach to help guide my patients through this often challenging experience. My contemporary practice includes oncoplastic surgical techniques to enhance cosmetic results and tailored individual treatment plan for my patients within the Cabrini multidisciplinary breast unit for optimal cancer outcomes.

I have over 15 years experience with breast cancer including 10 years of working in Melbourne at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, the Royal Women’s Hospital and more recently the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
