Dr Hari Wimaleswaran

I am a highly experienced respiratory and sleep medicine physician with special interest in the areas of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis, bronchoscopy, lung cancer and cystic fibrosis.

I underwent my physician training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and my respiratory and sleep medicine training at the Monash Health and Austin Health.

I am conducting my PhD through the University of Melbourne, Institute for Breathing and Sleep, and Austin Health in ‘biomarkers in silicosis disease’ and potential treatment targets.
