Dr Holly Hutton

I am an experienced nephrologist who sees patients with any renal issue, or difficult-to-manage hypertension. I enjoy caring for patients across all stages of chronic kidney disease, providing evidence-based care with a compassionate and patient-centred approach.

After completing my specialist nephrology training in Australia, I undertook a fellowship at UBC, Vancouver, Canada with a focus on autoimmune kidney diseases. I subsequently did a PhD focussed on ANCA vasculitis. As well as doing inpatient work at Cabrini Malvern and private practice at Wattletree medical specialists, I have a public appointment at Alfred Health where I am the clinical lead for the Glomerulonephritis Clinic. Alongside my clinical work, I remain actively involved in teaching and research.

Patients and referring practitioners value my approachable nature and clear communication. I welcome direct contact from referring practitioners with clinical questions or referrals.
