Dr Irina Churilov

I graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1997 and obtained specialist qualifications in rehabilitation medicine in 2006.

I completed a PhD on the subject of sarcopenia (loss of muscle mass and function) in inpatient rehabilitation.

I look after patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, and my special interests include management of people after spinal cord injury and limb amputations.

I work closely with multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams to achieve the best functional outcomes for patients
