Dr Linny Kimly Phuong

I am a Paediatric Infectious Diseases Physician who currently works at Cabrini, the Royal Children’s Hospital and Murdoch Children’s Research Institute. I have experience in managing infections in children of all ages from birth through to adolescence.

I am available for inpatient consults as well as outpatient reviews at Cabrini Malvern at the Mother Baby Centre.

I am an active researcher contributing to the paediatric infectious diseases and vaccination literature. My current research interests include Group A and pneumococcal streptococcal infections, Kawasaki disease and immunisation. I am currently completing a PhD with the University of Melbourne- Department of Paediatrics on the topic of risk factors in invasive pneumococcal disease.
