Dr Neil Israelsohn

I provide care for both uncomplicated and high-risk pregnancies. I thoroughly enjoy the relationships and trust built during every pregnancy. I have expertise, and a special interest in the detection and surveillance of growth restricted babies, complex medical disorders in pregnancy, twin pregnancy and complex deliveries. I am able to perform growth and wellbeing scans in the rooms for both singleton and multiple pregnancies. I also provide a range of gynaecology services including laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery.

I have an appointment at the Mercy Hospital for Women, a tertiary level maternity hospital. I am the acting head of unit of Darebin obstetrics, coordinate the placenta accreta unit and have an active role in teaching and mentoring obstetric trainees as a trainee supervisor.
