The irritated bowel with focus on dietary modification after entities such as coeliac disease and inflammatory bowel disease have been excluded. Dysphagia treatment requiring oesophageal dilatation, Botox injection, or PEG insertion. APC to angiodysplasia including radiation proctitis.
