We currently have precautionary measures in place to protect our patients and staff. Read more

I have more than 10 years of experience in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology with special interest in common urogynaecological conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, perineal trauma and associated pelvic floor disorders following childbirth. I use modern laparoscopic techniques to treat conditions such as endometriosis. I also manage high and low risk pregnancies including twin pregnancies, vaginal delivery after Caesarean section (VBAC) and breech vaginal births.

I believe in a holistic and empathetic approach to patient care and patient partnership in managing decisions. I am passionate about achieving the best outcomes for the women I look after. I see patients privately at Cabrini Malvern and also hold public appointments at Eastern and Monash Health.

I received my medical degree from the University of Otago in New Zealand in 2008 followed by training at many locations including Tasmania, Eastern Health, Monash Health and Joan Kirner Women’s and Children’s hospital. Prior to commencing my specialist training in Australia, I was engaged in research in obstetrics at the Monash Institute of Medical Research (previously Ritchie Centre) publishing multiple scientific papers and presented at several women’s health conferences, many of which were award winning.
