I am an interventional and structural cardiologist with special interest in the assessment and management of coronary artery disease using advanced intracoronary imaging and complex coronary intervention techniques, and the minimally invasive treatment of aortic stenosis with transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). I am passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based cardiovascular care tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

I completed my cardiology specialist training at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, and subsequently completed a PhD at The Alfred Hospital, supported by prestigious scholarships from the Heart Foundation / NHMRC. Following this, I completed advanced fellowships in interventional and structural cardiology at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and the Bristol Royal Infirmary in the United Kingdom. I then worked as a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at the Bristol Royal Infirmary for several years before returning to Melbourne.

I have published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, supervise research students and regularly teach complex coronary intervention techniques at major international conferences. As one of only a small number of female interventional cardiologists in Australia, I also have a particular interest in heart disease in women and improving cardiovascular outcomes particular for female patients. I hold a public hospital appointment at Royal Melbourne Hospital.
