I am an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in upper limb surgery. I have a keen interest in conditions affecting the shoulder and elbow as well general orthopaedic trauma.
I perform shoulder and elbow arthroscopy, joint replacement surgery and treat patients with fractures, soft tissue and sports injuries.
I graduated from medicine at Newcastle University in 2004 and moved to Melbourne in 2006. I completed the Victorian Orthopaedic training in 2016, being accepted as a Fellow into the Royal Australian College of Surgeons and the Australian Orthopaedic Association followed by further specialist training in 2017 and 2018. I was a fellow with the Sydney Shoulder Research Institute under the guidance of Mr Ben Cass, Mr Allan Young and Mr Jeff Hughes. I then completed an upper limb fellowship at Wrightington Hospital in the UK, working with Mr Mike Walton, Prof Len Funk, Prof Adam Watts and Mr Steve Bale.
