Mr Warwick Wright

I am a fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon specialising in hand, shoulder and elbow surgery. My particular interests include reconstruction for arthritic conditions, wrist, elbow and shoulder arthroscopy, sports injuries and carpal tunnel syndrome.

I have extensive experience in managing rotator cuff disease and shoulder arthritis with a special interest in managing complex instability of the shoulder in younger patients. I have pioneered the development of new techniques for treating basal arthritis of the thumb.

I have active research in shoulder arthritis management options including the development of cutting edge technologies which prolong the functional lifespan of shoulder prostheses. I also have ongoing and published work in hand anatomy and hand arthritis surgery.
