This Parkinson’s specific exercise group “Move with PD” is founded on the principles of neuroplasticity and delivered by experts in exercise with PD.

What: Parkinson’s specific short term, intensive, small group exercise program (12 sessions) delivered by experts in Parkinson’s specific exercise.

Who: Patients with Parkinson’s diagnosis who are seeking PD specific physiotherapy and exercise to improve their function.

What’s required: Independent and keen to exercise!

Where: Cabrini Specialist Centre, 494 Glen Huntly Road, Elsternwick 3185

Time: 2 – 3 pm on Tuesday and Friday afternoons.

Cost: $516, which includes 12 group sessions’ and a one-on-one review on completion*

Most patients will also require an initial 30-minute assessment if from the community/not known to the Ambulatory services.
