Biography

Mr Joey Faraj is an Australian trained Vascular Surgeon. Mr Faraj completed his medical degree at the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle in 2013, followed by a Master of Surgery through the University of Sydney. Mr Faraj subsequently undertook specialist training in vascular surgery in Australia.

Mr Faraj has expertise in the treatment of both arterial and venous disease. His practice provides comprehensive vascular care, offering both open surgical and minimally invasive endovascular treatments tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

Mr Faraj is committed to delivering patient-centred care and ensuring his patients feel comfortable, informed, and actively involved in decisions about their treatment. He places strong emphasis on clear communication, respect, and compassionate care for patients and their families.

Mr Faraj currently hold a public appointment at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne, where he is the lead consultant for the High Risk Diabetic Foot Service and his private practice is at Cabrini Malvern and Cabrini Brighton.
