We view undergraduates as our leaders of the future and invest in their development clinically, professionally and personally.

As a teaching hospital, Cabrini partners with a number of education providers to offer clinical placements for nursing students at all levels of study.

Student placement agreements currently exist with:

  • Australian Catholic University
  • Swinburne University of Technology
  • Monash University
  • Holmesglen Institute

Cabrini’s Transition to Professional Practice Program has been designed for newly qualified registered nurses (RN), enrolled nurses (EN) and graduate midwives. Our unique program can accommodate novices as well as graduates.

All students have access to a wide variety of support throughout our program including study days, where they can expand their knowledge and skills.
