Cabrini Health Pharmacy Departments are located at Malvern and Brighton and provide a range of patient-centred pharmacy services to Cabrini patients, including clinical pharmacy, dispensing, procurement, sterile and cytotoxic manufacturing, and clinical trial management.
We advocate for the Quality Use of Medications which involve the safe, appropriate, effective, and cost-effective use of medications across the continuum of care.

Making an Impact
As a Pharmacist at Cabrini, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in a nurturing, collaborative environment working alongside experienced professionals. Our pharmacists have the opportunity to rotate through clinical ward pharmacy, sterile and cytotoxic dispensing and inpatient dispensing. You will be an essential member of all clinical teams and have a critical role in patient management.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing pharmaceutical service to patients and clinicians, ensuring prescribing and dispensing Compliance with legislative and professional requirements
- Providing dispensing and medication counselling service to patients
- Providing pharmaceutical information to health professionals
- Ensuring medications are stored safely and appropriately
- Communicating and working cooperatively within the department and wider organisation
