Cabrini GP Concierge Service has been set up to give General Practitioners access to personalised support navigating our specialists and services, putting you and your patient in touch with the care they need.
How to access
Cabrini’s GP concierge service is available 8 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Simply call 9508 7800 to speak with a concierge, or leave a voice mail including your name, contact details and your request.
Get support with
- Rapid access to specialist appointments
- Access to rapid diagnostics appointments
- Connecting to the right women’s mental health services, including:
– Neurodiversity assessments
– In-patient admissions
– Community group therapy programs
– HER therapy
– Mood disorders (including depression, anxiety, bipolar, premenstrual dysphoric disorder),
– Burnout and stress, and
– Complex trauma - Connecting patients to Hospital in the Home and other at home care services, including iron infusions
- Supporting self-funded patients to access earlier surgeries
– Cabrini Care Packages (fixed packages for patients not covered by private health insurance) - Connecting patient to appropriate allied health or ancillary services
– Cabrini inpatient rehabilitation programs
– Cabrini outpatient rehabilitation programs
– Exercise and Wellness Centre
– Palliative & supportive care - Discharge letter information
