Internal Grant Funding opportunities
Cabrini Clinical Research & Quality Improvement Grants
Cabrini Research introduced an annual grant funding round in 2015 with the support of Cabrini Foundation and our generous donors.
The aim was to provide a single, centralised mechanism to ensure fair and equitable distribution of Foundation funds for research and/or quality improvement activities.
Cabrini Research encourages applications for innovative projects and collaborative studies that align with its research themes and fosters the sharing of skills and expertise within Cabrini and across health systems generally.
Auric Innovation Fund
The Auric Innovation Fund was created as a mechanism to enable new big ideas. Applications are now invited from Victorian-based clinical and non-clinical staff. Generally, the recipient will be known to Cabrini as an established leader, thinker, planner, or developer in their field, but applicants at any stage of career will be considered.
Projects should be aligned with Cabrini’s research priorities and ideally adopt a team-based approach spanning multiple disciplines and networks. Project budgets of up to $200,000 will be considered to support one high impact project. Typically, proposals include new service development, service enhancements, quality improvement, research, or knowledge-seeking travel. Although generously funded by Mrs Lee and Mr Brian Johnstone, additional external funding contributions and consumer engagement will strengthen applications.
