Cabrini Hopetoun has been repurposed to provide care to COVID-19 positive patients from aged care facilities. This is part of a state-wide response to help contain the spread of infection within the aged care sector.

All transfers to Cabrini Hopetoun are being coordinated by the Department of Health and Human Services. Unfortunately, Cabrini is unable to accept direct admissions or requests from aged care residents or their families to be transferred to Cabrini Hopetoun at this time.

Our team has been working hard to ensure a smooth transfer for all residents who transition to our care, and their families.
