Why build your career with Cabrini?

Choosing your Graduate Program is the first step in creating the career you want. So it’s important to choose the program that works for you.

Our Graduate Program is designed to shape Victoria’s best nurses. That’s why so many graduates stay with us beyond their program. With greater access to 1:1 teaching, ongoing contracts and a proven track record of supporting graduates to build successful pathways, Cabrini’s Graduate Program offers you the best opportunity to build a career you’ll love.

Our not-for-profit framework enables us to continually invest in our nursing workforce future. We do this through prioritising nursing education and training, this means we can maintain our exceptional patient experience.

As a large private teaching hospital (800+ beds) across three campuses, we are able to provide you with the full range of experience: ED, surgical, medical, ICU, mental health, maternity, through to palliative care. Our program is well supported by senior clinical staff in all areas.

Curated by a team informed by their own time as Cabrini Graduates, our program works for and with grads to deliver the best possible experience.
